Fireblocks is seeking a Business Solutions Director for EMEA to serve as a strategic advisor to C-level executives and business leaders in the payments sector. This role bridges enterprise accounts, product strategy, and go-to-market initiatives, focusing on guiding leading payment institutions through digital asset infrastructure transformation.
Key responsibilities include: serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, developing business cases for early-stage digital asset initiatives, managing large cross-organizational consulting assignments, and partnering with the Enterprise Accounts team to close strategic deals. You will interface with Product Strategy and Go-to-Market teams to contribute insights that shape product development, engage in market research and thought leadership to establish Fireblocks as an industry innovator, and create internal research reports and external thought leadership materials. The role requires fostering close collaboration across business leads, product, sales, marketing, and R&D teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Required qualifications: significant experience in top-tier management consulting or financial services, particularly in payments or financial services strategy; 3+ years of hands-on experience with blockchain and digital assets (institutional custody, tokenization, trade finance, CBDCs); ability to translate complex digital asset opportunities into insights for non-crypto audiences; proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for executive presentations; exceptional project management skills; ability to lead teams indirectly and foster collaboration; passion for client success; ownership mentality and strong work ethic; degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or quantitative fields (MBA strongly preferred).
