Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to own the risk and control environment for its Telecom operations. This role sits within the Compliance team, which blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements while delivering customer value.
You will assess and monitor risks across Telecom communication flows and platform performance, designing and improving scalable controls and processes for safe, compliant messaging. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Compliance, FinCrime, and wider risk teams to embed strong risk practices as the communication ecosystem scales. Key responsibilities include driving root-cause analyses, implementing sustainable fixes, and supporting key risk updates, audits, and assurance activities.
This is a fast-moving, high-impact role requiring someone who understands complex communication workflows, thrives in dynamic environments, and can keep high-volume systems safe, compliant, and resilient. You will report to leadership and work cross-functionally to ensure operational resilience across Revolut's telecom infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (primarily DORA), industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning
