The Business Risk Manager (Crypto) role sits within the first line of defence in Revolut's risk organization. You will develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks and advance the company's risk management procedures. This is a remote position based in Cyprus, supporting Revolut's crypto operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating crypto risk management frameworks in Cyprus
- Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks across crypto products and operations
- Independently testing controls to ensure effectiveness
- Developing and refining risk management procedures
- Designing key risk indicators (KRIs) and monitoring performance against established limits
- Registering, managing, and reporting on risk incidents
- Preparing management information and dashboards related to risk exposures
- Implementing and maintaining business continuity requirements
You will work cross-functionally with product, technology, and customer support teams to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely and in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology
- Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (both implementation and testing)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and organize complex data to enable risk-based decision-making
- Solid track record of achievement in a business environment and/or at an academic level
- Ability to quickly assume responsibilities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized and methodological approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
