You will join as Business Performance Senior Manager, playing a strategic role in shaping the performance and strategy of the Business Development team. Your responsibilities include:
• Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development team
• Serve as primary point of contact with C-level executives, founders, and SVPs
• Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the business plan
• Define reporting frameworks for commercial teams to monitor performance and guide decision-making
• Analyze commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities
• Partner with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to develop action plans
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue-growth initiatives
• Gain high exposure across the organization through direct collaboration with executives
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances strategic thinking with execution, and can translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/STEM (required)
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Analytics roles
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with executive-level exposure
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Business-driven professional comfortable navigating complex challenges and managing multiple priorities
