As a Business Partner, Marketing Operations, you will serve as a strategic advisor to regional marketing stakeholders, identifying friction points, solving system-level bottlenecks, and driving pipeline scale. Rather than executing manual campaign builds, you will focus on proactive system-level diagnosis and solutions to ensure commercial decision-making and GTM execution are efficient and fast. Your core mission is to unblock marketers so they can focus on building pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
• Act as a trusted business consultant to regional marketing leads, understanding campaign goals, resource constraints, and execution roadblocks to advise on priorities and drive efficiencies.
• Serve as the primary regional point of contact for self-service campaign support, lead QA processes for self-service programs, and provide hands-on custom campaign builds for complex, non-standard marketing events.
• Support quarterly planning rhythms to align team capacity, operational tools, and sales needs directly to marketing execution.
• Advise marketers on key business metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance standards, guiding interpretation of metrics to inform strategic commercial choices and pipeline pivots.
• Analyze recurring team roadblocks and process inefficiencies, translating operational hurdles into backend workflow enhancements, lead lifecycle clarity, and scalable automation.
• Design solutions that satisfy unique local requirements while preserving global consistency and regional alignment.
• Ensure campaign launches are smooth and predictable, cementing Marketing Operations as a vital engine room that executive leadership consults to protect and multiply pipeline velocity.
You will work across global, cross-functional GTM teams and time zones, building strong operational alignment and co-designing solutions with stakeholders.
