Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences. As Business Operations Team Lead, you will own the end-to-end operations of your regional market within Fever Originals, the division managing a global portfolio of recurring live experiences (immersive shows, concerts, theatrical formats) across 100+ cities. **Business & IP Ownership** You will own the operational P&L for your region across all active IPs, managing revenue, costs, and gross margin. You'll expand the IP portfolio into new cities by identifying venues, negotiating with local partners, and launching new markets while maintaining quality and format standards. You'll adapt global IPs to local markets—adjusting production format, casting, logistics, and programming to meet audience quality benchmarks. You'll drive continuous improvement in ratings and customer satisfaction by diagnosing root causes of quality issues and leading action plans. You'll also grow add-on revenue streams including merchandising, upsells, F&B, and brand partnerships. **Operations & KPI Management** You'll monitor and own regional operational KPIs: occupancy rates, audience ratings, capacity launch efficiency, and gross margin per show. Using data tools and dashboards, you'll identify performance gaps, build structured improvement plans, and track results. You'll ensure full adherence to Fever's operational guidelines, launch cadences, reporting standards, and production requirements. You'll collaborate with Growth on capacity planning, marketing strategy, and pricing to maximize revenue. You'll identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions. **Team Management** You'll lead a team of 6–12 Project Managers and Producers. You'll set clear goals and priorities, run regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and build a high-performance, accountable culture. You'll develop team members' skills and career paths, manage performance directly, and foster Fever's values: accountability, proactivity, data-driven decision-making, and entrepreneurial ownership. **Strategic Contribution** You'll think beyond day-to-day operations to identify opportunities to improve the business model, test new formats, and grow Fever's footprint. You'll contribute to global team discussions on IP strategy and expansion priorities, and represent your region in cross-functional forums. You'll work daily with colleagues across Growth, Marketing, Production, Operations, Finance, and Legal, and interface with venues, local production partners, artists, and casting agents. **Requirements** - 5–8 years of experience in operations, general management, consulting, or fast-paced startup environments with P&L ownership and proven results - Strong analytical skills: data-driven decision-making, comfortable with P&L analysis, KPI monitoring, and data tools - Proven team management experience: hiring, developing, motivating, and holding 6–12 people accountable to high standards - Operational rigor: detail-oriented, process-minded, with a track record of improving execution quality and identifying issues proactively - Strategic mindset: ability to zoom out from day-to-day operations and identify material business improvements - Strong communicator across all levels: effective managing up, across functions, and down to your team in a global, cross-functional organization - Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and full ownership without a complete playbook - Native or highly fluent English; additional languages a plus depending on market
