Cogent Security is an Applied AI Lab building next-generation AI agents for cybersecurity. The company uses AI to assess petabytes of enterprise data and remediate security issues before critical breaches occur, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to secure complex production environments.
As a Business Operations Associate, you'll work directly with founders and company leadership as a true generalist on the most important problems facing the business. This is a highly dynamic, high-ownership role with rare exposure to how a category-defining company is built end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with founders and leaders to drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives
- Drive the operational engine behind research initiatives, including standing up strategic partnerships to create benchmarks and reinforcement learning environments
- Stand up the QA function from the ground up
- Own product operations: translate customer requirements into buildable specs and manage the ticket pipeline between pre-sales and post-sales asks
- Step into new strategic priorities as they emerge, taking ownership and driving them to impact
You'll work across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. The role offers strong exposure to company-building and is positioned as a launchpad for long-term leadership growth.
