Buk is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their internal operations team. The role focuses on developing and optimizing operational workflows and processes through technology, driving efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize operational processes across Buk's various departments, identifying improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the design, implementation, and monitoring of solutions, ensuring proper functionality and promoting team autonomy.
- Drive automation of operational processes for new services, working with involved teams until full automation maturity is achieved.
- Support Corporate Operations projects and ensure consistent information sharing across the organization.
- Manage critical internal tools, including commercial calculators essential for sales team operations.

Requirements:
