Salary: USD 134,136 - 176,054 / annual
Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Operations to join the Clinical Care Operations team, reporting directly to the Chief Health Officer. This role serves as a strategic operating partner within the Office of the Chief Health Officer, responsible for translating organizational priorities into actionable planning and coordination mechanisms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing the operating schedule for the Clinical leadership team, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, priority reviews, and decision-making forums
- Developing tracking mechanisms for organizational priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Creating executive-level reporting that provides visibility into organizational performance, priorities, and emerging risks
- Managing annual and ongoing organizational planning processes, translating priorities into clear goals, success measures, timelines, and ownership assignments
- Supporting administrative and financial planning, including budget planning, resource tracking, and cross-functional coordination with Finance
- Leading select CHO Office and Clinical leadership priorities with clear ownership, timelines, and decision frameworks
- Improving organizational workflows and operating mechanisms to increase Clinical organization effectiveness
- Synthesizing complex cross-departmental information into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- Building relationships across the Clinical organization to facilitate understanding, surface dependencies, and resolve issues
- Developing and supporting direct reports and colleagues in their professional development

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, organizational planning, program management, or related function
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-departmental work and partnering with senior leaders
- Proven ability to develop frameworks in fluid environments, manage competing priorities, and drive end-to-end accountability
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information for senior leadership
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience supporting an executive or leadership team in a complex, cross-departmental organization
- Healthcare, health insurance, or related industry background
- Experience with organizational planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and executive dashboards
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
