Salary: USD 110,500 - 150,000 / annual

Devoted Health is seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager to lead the Payment Integrity Department, which ensures provider claims are processed correctly, paid to the responsible party for eligible members, and free of errors, duplicates, and wasteful practices. You will own the daily operational health of the Payment Integrity function, monitoring turnaround times, clearing backlogs, and maintaining optimal queue health. You'll oversee SLA and quality governance, maintaining the feedback loop between productivity and audit accuracy. A key responsibility is designing and launching scalable cross-functional workflows end-to-end, including change management, training, and post-launch KPI tracking. You'll partner closely with external vendors and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Network/Provider Operations, Claims, and Integrations to align on operational priorities, streamline workflows, and drive shared business outcomes. You'll identify opportunities to lean out manual processes by deploying and managing AI agents alongside human staff. You'll serve as the primary escalation point to resolve blockers for vendors and internal teams, ensuring they have the training and resources needed to succeed. Devoted Health, founded in 2017, is a healthcare technology company focused on improving health and well-being for older Americans through an integrated care platform that merges advanced data and AI with clinical and service experiences. The company is venture-backed and operates in the Medicare Advantage space. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years of experience in business operations or operational leadership - Demonstrated success driving meaningful change and measurable operational results in fast-paced environments, with bias toward action and focus on continuous improvement - Thrives in operational execution, escalation management, and problem-solving - Comfort with ambiguity and ownership of complex, sometimes messy issues from triage to resolution - Analytic mindset with ability to execute qualitative and quantitative analyses - Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence others - Strong organizational skills for prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives - High degree of professionalism DESIRED: - Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or LLM-based workflows in operational settings - 2+ years in health tech, digital health, or healthcare technology environment (Medicare Advantage health plan and/or startup experience a plus)
