Motive is a SaaS platform that empowers physical operations teams—safety, operations, and finance—with tools to manage drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet spend in a single system. The company serves nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, and other industries.
The Business Operations Analyst will partner with an Order Management Business Operations Manager to support and improve quote-to-cash (QTC) systems and processes. This is a heavily hands-on role focused on user acceptance testing (UAT) for strategic projects, supporting tactical QTC requests, and improving team workflows through better documentation, tooling, and data.
Key responsibilities include:
• Execute QTC-related work across CPQ, billing, and order management workflows; perform UAT for strategic projects and enhancement releases, including test case creation, execution, documentation, and defect tracking.
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured Jira tickets for internal systems engineering teams, with thorough UAT on all assigned tickets and monitoring of releases for negative impacts.
• Create and maintain enablement documentation for QTC processes, tools, and changes (runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, step-by-step guides) in a way that is accessible to the Order Management team.
• Use SQL or analytics tools (Snowflake, Retool) to reconcile data across systems, validate data integrity, and monitor the impact of changes on QTC workflows.
• Proactively identify recurring issues or friction points in QTC processes and propose improvements; stay current on system changes and their impact on the team.
Required qualifications: 1–3+ years in operations, business analysis, QTC, sales operations, billing, or order management (ideally SaaS/tech); experience with QTC or revenue systems (Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or similar); strong written and verbal English communication; high attention to detail and organizational skills; located in Pakistan and available for US-aligned Pacific Standard Time hours.
Preferred: foundational SQL or data analytics knowledge; experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems; prior collaboration with engineering, systems, or data teams.
