Plaid is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join its BizOps team in London. The BizOps team solves Plaid's most pressing business issues, acting as a strategic and operational backbone for Product and Go-To-Market organizations.
In this role, you will identify high-leverage opportunities and drive them to completion, with direct impact on customers, partners, and P&L. You'll lead cross-functional strategic work spanning Product, GTM, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships—including new product launches, go-to-market improvements, and revenue acceleration initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as strategic and operational backbone for Product or GTM leadership
- Leading important cross-functional projects that span multiple teams and functions
- Owning foundational operating rhythms: monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting
- Building dashboards, metrics, and success measures to enable data-driven decision-making
- Using AI tools and agents as a default part of your workflow to accelerate impact
You'll work directly with senior leaders across the organization on a mix of strategic and operational initiatives. The BizOps team is known as a launchpad—past members have advanced to leadership roles in Product, GTM, and operational functions across Plaid.
