Plenful is a healthcare AI automation platform backed by $50M Series B funding from Notable Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, TQ Ventures, and others. The company serves 100+ health systems, pharmacies, and healthcare organizations, helping them eliminate manual work, reduce administrative burden, and improve compliance.
You will join as a Business Operations Associate, reporting to the Chief of Staff & VP, Business Operations. This is a generalist role focused on building internal systems and processes that enable company scaling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee-facing IT operations: device provisioning, software licensing, access management, vendor relationships, and day-to-day technical support.
- Improving company knowledge management by structuring and maintaining Notion, establishing governance frameworks, and enhancing documentation and content discoverability.
- Leading high-priority cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation, including stakeholder alignment and timeline management.
- Identifying manual, fragmented, or unclear processes and using technology, automation, and AI to make them more efficient and scalable.
- Maintaining and improving workplace and IT systems, including tool administration, permissions, and operating procedures.
The role is hybrid with a remote-first culture and meaningful office presence in San Francisco and New York. You'll work across teams in a collaborative environment, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, consulting, startup operations, or similarly cross-functional roles.
- Strong systems thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive work to completion.
- Strong project management, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Technical fluency and comfort learning and managing workplace tools and systems.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Collaborative, low-ego approach and ability to work effectively across teams.
- High-growth technology experience preferred; healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
