As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical, cross-functional role supporting core operational functions across the organization. Your responsibilities will span client onboarding, vendor due diligence, operational governance, executive reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You will partner closely with multiple teams to drive key initiatives and deliver measurable operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client onboarding workflows and ensuring smooth integration of new market participants
- Conducting vendor due diligence and managing vendor relationships
- Supporting operational governance frameworks and compliance processes
- Preparing executive-level reports and dashboards on operational metrics
- Analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Coordinating across departments to align on priorities and execution
- Independently managing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity
- Influencing stakeholders across the organization to drive adoption and results
