As a Business Operations Analyst, you will serve as a full-stack data analyst working across RedCircle's finance, product, and growth teams. You'll own the complete data lifecycle: ensuring data sources are connected and quality-checked, building data models in dbt, creating dashboards and analyses, and supporting ad hoc requests from leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a full-stack data analyst covering data analysis, visualization, dbt data modeling, and ETL pipelines. You're expected to build skills across this range and leverage AI to extend your capabilities.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and CRO to uncover business drivers and patterns in company data, providing insights that support growth.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines and models to ensure accurate, complete information is available to teammates and connected tools.
- Partner with product, sales, leadership, and finance teams on analyses supporting business growth and product decisions—including funnel evaluation, sales forecasting, revenue reporting, product analytics, and marketplace analysis.
You'll work hybrid in-person at the RedCircle office in Los Angeles or Boston 3-4 days per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role with deep skillset in one or more data analytics areas (ETL pipelines, dbt data modeling, business intelligence) and exposure to the full data stack including SQL, dbt, Python, and data warehouses
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with growth or product teams to address core needs, communicate with nontechnical teammates, and equip them with relevant data tools and access
- Self-starter excited about learning and testing new skills and tools, including AI, to improve data availability and usefulness across the team
- Ability to own projects end-to-end and operate autonomously in a small team environment
- Ability to work hybrid in-person 3-4 days per week at the Los Angeles or Boston office
