Eudia is an AI-powered Augmented Intelligence platform revolutionizing legal and acquisition work for government and enterprise. Backed by $105M in Series A funding from General Catalyst, the company is already engaged with the U.S. Air Force, Department of War, and Fortune 500 legal departments including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. As Business Lead for Federal Civilian, you will own end-to-end capture and growth of Eudia's civilian agency business. This is a hunter role focused on identifying whitespace, building relationships with agency General Counsel, Chief Counsel, Senior Procurement Executives, Chief Acquisition Officers, and CIO organizations, and closing multi-million-dollar awards. Key responsibilities include: building and sustaining senior relationships across civilian agencies (DOJ, DHS, HHS, VA, Treasury, State, DOE, GSA); owning a defined portfolio of civilian agencies and components with full account strategy and stakeholder management; identifying and shaping opportunities before solicitation and determining optimal contract vehicles (GSA Multiple Award Schedule, GWACs, agency BPAs, IDIQs, small business pathways); managing teaming with system integrators and prime contractors; taking ownership of ARR targets through new agency capture and enterprise-level awards; articulating value proposition to technical, legal, and contracting audiences; and representing Eudia at industry days and federal conferences. Required qualifications: 10+ years selling technology into Federal Civilian agencies with proven track record in the last 1-2 years of independently sourcing and closing new business; demonstrated hunter mentality with complex civilian sales cycle ownership from prospecting through award; deep knowledge of federal acquisition (FAR, GSA schedules, GWACs, small business pathways); established relationships across civilian agencies; current residence in Washington, DC metro area; U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or higher clearance. Bonus qualifications include active clearance, experience selling enterprise AI or legal/acquisition software to government, and existing executive-level relationships within civilian agencies.
