Salary: USD 142,438 - 150,150 / annual
Snowflake is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Finance BI team and partner with Product Finance to deliver business intelligence reporting that supports Engineering and Finance teams. In this role, you will develop applications and manage data pipelines that power financial reporting, streamline quarterly business review (QBR) workflows, and surface actionable insights to optimize spending across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve on the Finance BI team, partnering with Product Finance to analyze costs associated with product development, particularly cloud infrastructure spend
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and BI applications that support financial reporting and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with analysts across Finance on quarterly ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Python, and BI tools, applying data best practices and strong stakeholder engagement
- Design and develop AI-driven solutions to automate financial workflows, analyses, and insight generation
- Build machine learning and generative AI models to identify cost anomalies, forecast cloud spend, and recommend optimization strategies
- Develop scalable data models and agentic automation frameworks that autonomously gather data, execute multi-step analyses, and generate executive-ready insights
- Integrate Python-based analytical and ML workflows into production BI environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Data teams to deploy AI-enabled applications that improve operational efficiency and enhance strategic planning

Requirements:
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field, plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- Proficiency in SQL, including data analysis, query standardization, and building large-scale relational datasets
- Experience with Python and application development, with emphasis on scalability and user experience
- Experience developing and deploying enterprise-grade Business Intelligence tools such as Streamlit, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience with AI and AI prompt development
