Manifest Law is an AI-native corporate immigration firm offering sophisticated legal work with technology that removes administrative burden rather than replacing attorneys. This role is for an attorney to guide clients through employment-based immigration matters, owning cases from intake through final submission while building legal strategy and managing milestones.
You will work across a variety of immigration cases or specialize in areas such as H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM labor certification, serving clients ranging from funded startups to large enterprises. Responsibilities include:
• Owning matters from handoff through final submission, building legal strategy, and managing every milestone
• Working in a strategic consulting capacity to assess case legitimacy, build client trust, and set clear expectations
• Managing client relationships through case lifecycle and coordinating with paralegals on document collection, organization, and filing logistics
• Advising clients directly on petition strategy, RFE response, and compliance obligations
• Using Manifest's AI tools and technology as a performance multiplier to support case quality and efficiency
The firm operates without billable hours—compensation is flat-fee based and judged on outcomes and client experience. The practice is fully remote by design. Manifest emphasizes attorney agency, with administrative work (intake, document collection, status tracking, client updates) handled by Manifest OS technology, freeing your time for strategy, drafting, and client relationships.
The firm is building infrastructure to change how law firms operate, with opportunities for growth into senior roles and leadership. Attorney feedback directly informs technology development.
REQUIREMENTS:
• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
• Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration, including non-immigrant visa (NIV) and immigrant visa (IV) matters (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, PERM labor certification)
• Clear, confident communication; ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; thorough documentation and clean handoffs
• Comfort in high-cadence environment with real volume expectations
