As a Business Growth Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. You'll be part of the Marketing & Growth team, one of the largest and most dynamic departments at Fever, working closely with nearly every department to combine strategy, creativity, and data. Key responsibilities include: - Lead global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry - Contribute to growth and development of key markets - Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line - Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills - Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact - Create, develop, and manage new projects including business streams, workflows, and departmental growth initiatives - Work across different markets and international teams (up to 40 countries) to develop new experiences - Enhance overall company performance by collaborating across departments You bring at least 2 years of experience in analytics and business roles, with a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. You leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions, have excellent communication skills, and proven team leadership experience. Advanced English is required; Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus. You're passionate about industry trends, eager to explore growth opportunities, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
