inDrive is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Peru to drive growth initiatives for its Courier (delivery) marketplace business. This role owns and executes operational initiatives across supply and demand sides, with responsibility for city growth and associated OKRs. You will analyze and track data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the launch and scaling of operations in new cities on the ground.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and execute growth initiatives across supply and demand, being responsible for city growth and its OKRs
- Analyze and track data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of operational initiatives and projects
- Plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and impact
- Support the launch and scaling of operations in new cities on the ground
- Develop and manage local partnerships and initiatives that strengthen supply and demand
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across all areas
- Monitor and improve service quality and satisfaction metrics for couriers and customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or business/data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, management, or similar background
- Solid data analysis skills, comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements
- Proficiency with Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets (required)
- SQL is a plus
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and optimize processes
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to travel and work on the ground and in the field to understand the market
- Experience in courier, delivery, ride-hailing, logistics, startups, or mobility operations is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency
