Key responsibilities include: developing and iterating on outbound playbooks by testing messaging, channels, and targeting strategies; analyzing ROI across channels and exploring new outreach tactics; partnering with the GTM team on campaign feedback and prospect engagement; leading personalized outreach to high-priority accounts to convert leads into qualified opportunities; serving as the first point of contact for prospects through qualification calls and early-stage evaluation guidance; and building credibility with finance and accounting decision-makers by understanding their workflows and communicating Rillet's value proposition compellingly. You should have experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or customer-facing roles at top-tier SaaS startups, leading accounting/consulting firms, or similarly high-performing environments. Essential qualities include exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to distill complex concepts into clear messaging, proactive and action-oriented mindset, comfort in dynamic fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail, and analytical curiosity about outreach strategies and data-driven decision making. Experience engaging finance or accounting decision-makers and working cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and leadership teams is valued. Commercial curiosity and genuine interest in financial operations are important.
