Salary: GBP 42,000 - 75,000 / annual

FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. The company started in regulated industries—banking and insurance—and has successfully landed major deals in government and defence. They are now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction. The platform enables large organisations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale, providing the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to connect with potential clients, understand their challenges, and position solutions as a fit for their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Identifying and researching potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities - Reaching out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate meaningful conversations - Qualifying leads by understanding their business challenges, priorities, and fit with the solution - Scheduling and coordinating discovery calls or demos for the sales team (Account Executives) - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM to ensure a predictable and high-quality sales pipeline This is a high-impact role for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to contribute to the success of the go-to-market strategy. You will have direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals, with opportunity to take on cross-functional work and grow into an Account Executive role. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of proven track record of delivering and exceeding quota - Experience in Banking, Insurance, and/or Logistics - Strong client-facing experience and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders - Ability to work in fast-paced, flexible environments where strategy is ever-changing - Self-starter who thrives with high autonomy, owns your work, and provides value without explicit instruction - Naturally curious, eager to learn, organised, and a team player - Motivated by tangible impact and measurable results
