Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 / annual

The platform provides business leaders and frontline teams with mobile-first tools for communication, learning, and task management, driving operational excellence and improving employee experience.
You will join the go-to-market team in New York as a Business Development Representative, responsible for creating qualified new business opportunities each month. Your core responsibilities include:
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic engagement approaches for target accounts
- Use a mix of research, cold calling, email, and social selling to engage prospects
- Work inbound leads, event leads, nurtured leads, and conduct outbound prospecting to ABM accounts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that stand out
- Study the enablement library to master product differentiators and target personas
- Continuously refine your phone pitch to improve qualification and conversion rates
- Leverage LinkedIn creatively for prospect engagement (gifting, self-recorded videos, etc.)
- Conduct custom research to personalize pitches and understand customer needs and buying cycles
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
This is a high-energy role suited for someone ambitious and motivated to transition into an Account Executive position. You'll have strong support from marketing and experienced AEs who actively celebrate wins.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 9–18 months previous experience in a Business Development role
- Previous experience cold calling and emailing prospective clients (required)
- Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, digital technologies, and building something new
- Ability to understand new concepts quickly and explain them with ease
- Natural curiosity and continuous learning mindset
- Commercial thinking with ability to spot creative opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with drive to grow
