Amenitiz is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive full-cycle sales for the French market. You will own the entire sales process from prospecting through contract signature—this is not a meeting-setting role alone.
Amenitiz serves independent hoteliers across Europe: family-run properties, boutique hotels, and small chains underserved by enterprise-focused solutions. With 15,000+ customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, the product has strong market recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Identify and contact new prospects via phone, email, and chat. Build a strong pipeline from scratch and maintain high activity levels. You own your prospecting activity end-to-end.
- Needs Discovery & Qualification: Understand each prospect's current operations, pain points, and operational needs. Quickly identify relevant opportunities and position Amenitiz precisely to their situation.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver structured, personalized demos that connect product features directly to business challenges. Make the buying decision simple and obvious.
- Objection Handling & Closing: Confidently address hesitations, competitive comparisons, and timing concerns. Create urgency when appropriate and know how to ask for the signature.
- Pipeline Management: Keep HubSpot updated with reliable data. Provide accurate forecasts and rigorous follow-up on every opportunity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers and peers to continuously improve your approach. Share market feedback, recurring objections, and competitive intelligence to drive collective performance.

- Resilience and consistency in a demanding, objective-driven, high-volume environment
