Tava Health is a fast-growing mental health technology company reimagining how people access therapy and how providers deliver care. This Business Development Representative role is a strategic top-of-funnel position focused on identifying and qualifying high-potential employer accounts.
You will research and prioritize target accounts using AI, intent data, and research tools to identify companies with genuine buying signals that match Tava's ideal customer profile. Rather than making high-volume blind outreach, you'll conduct targeted research, build personalized multi-channel sequences, and book qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team. Your responsibilities include running outbound campaigns, navigating the employer-broker dynamic, qualifying prospects to PANT criteria, owning the handoff to sales, and continuously refining targeting strategy.
The role leverages AI and automation tools (ZoomInfo, NOOKS, Salesforce, Claude, ChatGPT) to eliminate repetitive research and data work, freeing you to focus on strategic, human conversations with decision-makers. High performers have opportunities to represent Tava at industry events and broker offices, accelerating career development.
Ideal candidates think strategically before outreach, are comfortable with technology and curious about AI, and take qualification seriously—prioritizing pipeline quality over meeting volume. You should be analytically minded yet personally engaging, able to discuss benefits profiles while building warm relationships with HR and benefits leaders. Experience in employer benefits, digital health, or health tech is valued but not required.
