Salary: USD 81,000 - 95,000 / annual
Nuvo is building the network for B2B physical trade, modernizing how eight million U.S. businesses trade $11 trillion in goods annually. The company replaces outdated infrastructure (PDF credit applications, email payments, fax disputes) with a digital-first platform. With 150,000+ businesses on the network, customers including AutoZone, Great Dane, Rhone, Nestlé, and KEEN, and eight-figure ARR, Nuvo is Series A and scaling rapidly.
In this mid-market outbound Business Development Representative role, you will spend 3–4 hours daily on phone calls and the remainder executing strategic multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, gifting, handwritten notes, and other creative tactics to reach credit and finance leaders. Success is measured by volume and creativity—booking meetings and building pipeline, not just logging dials.
What differentiates this role: you're selling a category shift, not a point solution. Nuvo replaces how B2B companies onboard customers, extend credit, and manage receivables end-to-end—a harder sell with exceptional value. The tooling is sophisticated: AI-powered account prioritization and contact enrichment (HubSpot, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, waterfall phone enrichment, Tremendous, Claude MCP) means you show up knowing who to call and why, with no manual list-building.
The company emphasizes in-office work five days per week in Denver. Leadership—Head of Sales, Sales Manager, and both BDR leaders—are present. Real-time coaching, immediate feedback when you book a meeting, and direct access to leadership compound your development. The company provides free daily lunch via DoorDash, a substantial monthly team-outing budget, and an office designed to be worth attending.
Nuvo promotes from within. Performing BDRs receive visibility, coaching, and advancement opportunities. All new hires receive equity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong phone presence: confident and engaging on cold calls
- Creative problem-solving: willing to try unconventional outreach approaches
- Outcome-driven: focused on meetings booked and pipeline created
- Coachable and resilient: able to handle rejection without it affecting performance
- Background may include prior BDR/SDR, sales, recruiting, fundraising, collections, hospitality, or athletics roles—any environment where you've proven ability to win in high-output settings. Recent graduates and career changers are welcome.
