Braze is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for its London office to drive new revenue opportunities in the customer engagement and marketing automation space. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of identifying and engaging potential customers, developing strategies to help them build, enhance, or transform their customer engagement offerings. Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, developing multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, video), conducting discovery calls with C-suite executives, qualifying early-stage deals, and collaborating with Account Executives to build account strategies. Key responsibilities: - Identify and research target accounts aligned with Braze's ideal customer profile - Develop and execute personalized email sequences and phone campaigns - Engage C-suite prospects to understand their business goals and customer engagement challenges - Conduct discovery conversations and deliver value-oriented pitches and solution demonstrations - Manage your own meeting calendar and bring in internal stakeholders as needed - Meet outreach KPIs and generate pipeline to hit individual quota - Attend industry events to generate new leads You will work in a collaborative, energetic team environment with proven processes, intuitive tools, and strong support from peers and management. There is significant advancement potential for consistently successful BDRs, with personalized development plans and coaching. The commission plan is uncapped, allowing you to continue earning beyond quota achievement. Ideal candidates are adaptable, action-oriented, precise communicators, strong researchers, creative problem-solvers, intellectually curious, self-aware and coachable, intrinsically motivated, well-organized, and relentlessly tenacious.
