BIT (formerly Matrixport) is a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group headquartered in Singapore. The company bridges traditional finance and digital assets through governance-driven financial services and technology, managing over $7 billion in assets and facilitating $7+ billion in monthly trading volume. BIT operates licensed entities across Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the UK, US, and Bhutan, serving institutional and professional investors globally. You will join the structured products team in a dual-track role combining quantitative structuring with client-facing business development. You'll design, price, and commercialize structured products referencing crypto assets and US equities, working at the intersection of trading, sales, and product. Key responsibilities include: designing and pricing structured products with scenario and Greeks analysis; building and maintaining pricing models; drafting term sheets and payoff descriptions; coordinating hedging with the trading desk; originating and growing relationships with institutional clients, asset managers, family offices, and high-net-worth investors; understanding client risk appetite and structuring bespoke solutions; owning the full sales cycle from pitch through close and post-trade management; running valuation and sensitivity analysis; and collaborating with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative field; 3+ years in structured products, exotic derivatives, or equity/crypto derivatives structuring, sales, or trading at banks, broker-dealers, or crypto platforms; strong grasp of options pricing and payoff mechanics (Black-Scholes, volatility surfaces, autocall/barrier features); proficiency in Python and Excel; understanding of crypto derivatives markets (perpetuals, options, funding, on-chain yield) or US equity derivatives; fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese. An existing network of institutional/HNW clients is a plus. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with market-driven mindset, detail orientation, and strong independent thinking. The role offers genuine ownership from concept to execution, exposure to global institutional investors and sophisticated derivatives markets, and significant career progression opportunities within a high-growth, entrepreneurial platform.
