Nelly is building an AI-driven financial operating system for European healthcare, automating administrative processes from patient care through billing and next-generation payments. The company has raised over €50M in Series B funding and is solving critical challenges for medical practices and patients across Europe. As Business Development Manager, you will own the full sales funnel for new customer acquisition. Your responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach (including cold outreach), delivering pitches and product demos, and closing contracts with medical practices and healthcare facilities. You'll work with diverse decision-makers—practice owners, physicians, and administrative leaders—requiring strong negotiation and communication skills. You'll operate with KPI-driven discipline, managing your sales pipeline efficiently while maintaining focus on targets and metrics. You'll also collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to bring market and customer feedback into product development, identifying growth opportunities early. The ideal candidate has foundational B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or FinTech, though strong drive and learning hunger can compensate. You must be comfortable with cold outreach and proactive prospecting. You need excellent communication skills to translate complex solutions into clear, empathetic messaging for both written and verbal contexts. Resilience, discipline, and curiosity are essential—you ask targeted questions to understand customer needs and work systematically through challenges. Language requirements: fluent German (C2) and solid English. The role is based in Munich with a hybrid setup, offering flexibility, up to 4 weeks workation annually, 28 days vacation (rising to 30), a company car after probation, Urban Sports Club membership, €500 annual L&D budget, and a dog-friendly office environment.
