Revolut is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Treasury and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) office. This role sits at the intersection of fintech innovation and institutional banking, managing Revolut's global financial institution counterparty relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for all payments, treasury, and CIO activities. You will be responsible for end-to-end deal execution, from initial pitch through implementation. Key responsibilities include: • Serving as the main interface between Revolut and banking partners, engaging at senior levels with corporate coverage teams and managing directors • Sourcing and closing strategic partnership deals with global partner banks • Negotiating complex treasury instruments including Nostro rates, ISDA/CSA agreements, GMRA contracts, and Triparty clearing arrangements • Conducting P&L analysis for Revolut and partner institutions • Leading due diligence sessions and liaising with internal executive stakeholders • Organizing quarterly business reviews and maintaining strategic partner relationships You should bring proven experience working in financial institutions with a track record of driving B2B2C and D2C partnerships across multiple territories. Strong negotiation and deal-making capabilities are essential, along with the ability to construct and analyze new business lines. You'll need deep familiarity with banking risk, regulations, financial crime prevention, and onboarding processes. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in corporate banking, fintech partnerships with banks, investment banking, or management consulting. Experience with credit facilities, debt negotiations, and core payments knowledge is valued. Above all, you must be a detail-oriented problem-solver with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and natural curiosity about the financial industry.
