Bókun, a fast-growing Tripadvisor subsidiary, is a leading reservation system and channel management platform for tours and activities operators globally. The company enables operators to streamline back-end operations and connect to an ecosystem of online travel agents.
You'll join the Partnerships team as a Business Development Manager focused on new business development and deal closure. This is fundamentally a sales role where you'll build and manage your own pipeline of prospective partners across Bókun's full partnership portfolio—from initial outreach through negotiation to contract signature.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and running your own pipeline of prospective partners, leading meetings and negotiations with stakeholders at all levels (founders through enterprise decision-makers), and closing agreements that drive measurable value.
• Representing Bókun's full partnerships value proposition in every conversation, selling both the platform and specific partnership types.
• Maintaining and growing commercial relationships post-signature, tracking pipeline and closed business against clear sales targets.
• Flexing across all partnership types as priorities shift—this is not a single-programme role.
• Contributing to improvements in commercial templates, negotiation playbooks, and broader partnerships processes.
You'll work in a small, high-ownership team where you'll have real input into how the commercial approach evolves. The role combines the agility of a startup with the stability of a publicly traded organization.

Confident presenting, pitching, and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels. Strong contract negotiation skills. Genuine hunter mentality motivated by pipeline building and closing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with near-native business English. Comfortable in fast-moving environments where priorities shift.
Desirable: Experience in tours & activities or experiences industry. Understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics. Other European languages. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for efficiency and decision-making. Global-first mindset.
