Eureka Robotics, a deep-tech startup originating from Singapore, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales and business development across the Northeast United States. The company develops advanced robotic systems combining state-of-the-art motion control, computer vision, and AI for high-precision handling tasks in manufacturing, logistics, electronics, and aerospace. With offices in Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, and the United States, Eureka operates as a global engineering powerhouse backed by university research (NTU Singapore, MIT, University of Tokyo).
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with clear ownership of regional revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic account development. In the early phase, the BDM will personally drive sales—engaging directly with end users, system integrators, and channel partners—while laying the foundation for scalable sales processes and future team growth.
Key responsibilities include owning and executing commercial strategy for the Northeast territory; identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with end users, system integrators, and distributors; building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers; clearly articulating Eureka's value proposition; acting as primary point of contact for assigned accounts; working with sales management to define regional sales strategies; establishing scalable sales processes and KPIs; building executive-level relationships with Tier-1 automotive suppliers; representing the company at customer sites and industry events; and providing market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or related technical field (business or equivalent experience considered); 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in complex, consultative sales cycles; hands-on experience with robotic automation, machine vision, or industrial automation solutions; strong understanding of Tier-1 Automotive and OEM/EOM manufacturing environments; proven experience developing and supporting channel partners including system integrators and automation distributors; ability to manage multiple stakeholders; and willingness to travel 30–50% within territory. Candidate must reside in New England, NY, MA, PA, NJ, or CT.
Preferred experience includes selling vision-guided robotics, 3D vision, AI-based perception, or robotic software platforms; familiarity with robot brands and industrial ecosystems (FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, Siemens, Rockwell); track record of opening new accounts with Tier-1 customers; experience in channel-first or hybrid sales models; comfort presenting technical solutions and ROI cases; and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar).
