The Growth and Business team owns user and revenue growth metrics across all business lines. The team has been instrumental in Apna's rapid ascent to market leadership within 18 months of product launch, managing multiple growth levers including marketing, sales, SEO/app store optimization, product changes, partnerships, and resource allocation. You will join as a Business Development Manager focused on enterprise sales. This is an individual contributor role in a quick sales cycle environment where you'll have CXO-level business conversations with clients at higher ticket sizes. Key Responsibilities: - Sell online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements - Achieve sales targets through new client acquisition and expansion of existing client relationships - Develop a qualified lead database through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels - Conduct area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure with proper documentation - Build and maintain a strong pipeline through relentless prospecting and personal relationship development - Serve as an evangelist for Apna's product and service ecosystem - Lead your area of expertise as part of an early-stage startup on a high-growth trajectory Required Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience handling large accounts (HRTech background preferred) - Strong stakeholder management skills with external client-facing experience - Ability to navigate organizational hierarchies and manage client expectations - Solid understanding of business operations and commercial dynamics; strong negotiation skills - Fluency in at least two languages - Proven lead generation to closure experience
