InnovaMat, an award-winning EdTech company operating across 9+ countries, is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Guayaquil to lead market entry and expansion in Ecuador. You will own the full commercial strategy for the region, building the sales pipeline from scratch and positioning InnovaMat's mathematics education platform in schools and school networks across the country.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing customer acquisition and prospecting strategies targeting schools and educational networks; building and managing the complete sales pipeline; leading impactful presentations with key decision-makers; closing strategic commercial agreements that drive volume and traction; and collaborating with regional leadership to provide market insights that optimize expansion efforts. You will maintain full accountability for prospecting metrics and activities within Salesforce.
The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, BDR, B2B sales, or EdTech/SaaS environments. You should demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset with full autonomy, proactivity in solving commercial blockers, and comfort in fast-growth environments. A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and educational impact is essential. The role requires significant travel within and outside Guayaquil for field prospecting activities.
