Salary: USD 103,700 - 153,500 / annual

Take-Two Interactive is seeking a Business Development Manager to report to the Director of Business Development and drive revenue growth through strategic partner relationships and market opportunities across the company's global gaming portfolio. In this role, you will manage the full deal lifecycle—from initial outreach and platform alignment through contract execution—for both prospective and existing partner accounts. You will build robust business cases, ROI projections, and data-driven valuations to vet and greenlight new strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities include conducting systematic market scouting to identify new platforms, emerging technologies, and untapped distribution channels, while providing operational support to publishing labels to ensure smooth execution of partner commitments. You will track and analyze the commercial performance of the company's released digital portfolio, conducting regular health checks to ensure compliance and maximize revenue. Working closely with internal Legal, Finance, and Product teams, you will translate complex financial and operational data into clear, executive-facing presentations and deliver strategic business recommendations to senior leadership. You will serve as a dependable touchpoint for various internal business units and publishing labels to streamline initiatives. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong interpersonal skills, thrives in a fast-paced evolving gaming landscape, and can manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Partner Management, or Operations (Gaming, Digital Media, or Entertainment industries heavily preferred) - Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills, with proven ability to translate and visualize complex data into actionable insights for audiences across all organizational levels - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages to internal and external stakeholders - Basic understanding of commercial contract structures - Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Passion for gaming and interactive entertainment industry is a plus
