Ripple is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive regional growth for Ripple's core infrastructure products (payments, custody, XRPL infrastructure) and newly launched stablecoin (RLUSD), with a focus on enabling real-world asset (RWA) tokenization on the XRP Ledger. You will develop and execute business development strategy, identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, digital exchanges, payment service providers, enterprises, and crypto-native companies. Your responsibilities include leading deals from sourcing through negotiation and implementation, collaborating cross-functionally with product, customer success, compliance, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and deal execution. You will serve as the primary liaison for partners and prospects in the Middle East & Africa region and represent Ripple at industry events and conferences. This role requires working independently on complex deals, managing strategic relationships both internally and externally, and operating effectively with ambiguity as part of a global team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales in Banking, Finance, Tech, Consulting, and/or Crypto
- Relevant experience in Payments, traditional finance, and digital assets
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, tokenization, and stablecoins
- Proven success developing first-of-a-kind partnerships and closing complex deals
- Extensive network with key contacts in financial services, payments, and crypto
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable with change, proactive problem-solving, and sound decision-making
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
