As Business Development Manager, you will drive business development and partnerships for US stock products, with primary focus on account opening, funding, and trading volume growth. You will cultivate strategic partnerships with industry players including financial platforms, advisors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and trading communities. Your responsibilities include managing the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through execution and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with internal teams across product, operations, and compliance.
You will monitor and optimize partnership performance metrics, stay abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities, and report on partnership KPIs and business impact. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach to partnership management.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of business development experience in online brokerages or fintech, with demonstrated partnership successes. You must have strong industry connections, solid knowledge of the US stock market, and proficiency in English for international partnerships. Nice-to-have qualifications include deployable partner resources, direct experience in US stocks, and background from leading online brokerages or international markets.
