Offchain Labs is seeking a Business Development Associate to support growth across its developer ecosystem. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with projects, teams, and developers building on the Arbitrum stack—the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution. You'll work with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One, as well as teams building their own Arbitrum chains using Offchain's technology.
Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem, supporting outreach to potential integrations, coordinating with product and engineering teams to enable developer success, and helping scale Arbitrum's ecosystem presence. You'll engage with major ecosystem players like Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain, as well as emerging projects.
