As a Business Development Associate, you will manage top-of-funnel lead generation for the Global Enterprise Sales team. Your primary responsibilities include researching and identifying large global restaurant accounts (20+ locations with high delivery volumes), converting prospects into qualified opportunities, and building a consistent pipeline of high-impact deals for Enterprise Business Development Managers. Key responsibilities: - Execute comprehensive research to identify target accounts, understand industry dynamics, leadership structures, and client pain points - Conduct creative and compelling outbound prospecting campaigns using modern sales tools - Verify lead quality and accuracy to ensure sales team efficiency - Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline - Contribute to strategic go-to-market planning with the broader team - Manage all aspects of top-of-funnel activities for enterprise accounts You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a diverse team committed to innovation and mutual success.
