In this Business Development Associate role, you will support a large portfolio of recruitment partners (agents) through a combination of responsive service and strategic engagement. You'll balance automation with personalized care to ensure long-tail partners receive adequate guidance and support. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Handling inbound calls and inquiries from recruitment partners, providing guidance to improve the quality and volume of international applicants - Addressing partner inquiries and resolving issues promptly via a central ticketing system, providing product and service information - Identifying business development opportunities during customer interactions to leverage ApplyBoard's products and enhance partner satisfaction - Serving as a brand ambassador for ApplyBoard, promoting services to agents, international educators, and prospective students - Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to align recruitment partner efforts with institutional goals - Ensuring quality assurance and accuracy in all communications and data management You will work with educational consultants and postsecondary institutions, using CRM systems and digital tools to manage relationships and communications effectively. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, business development, or related role - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or relevant field preferred (not mandatory) - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong task prioritization and accuracy in communications and data management - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations - Experience with educational consultants and postsecondary institutions preferred - Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools - Ability to work autonomously and proactively while contributing effectively in a team environment
