You will join the Corporate Development team as an operations-focused individual contributor, reporting to the Head of Corporate Development. Your core mission is to build and maintain the operational infrastructure that powers Solace's partnership and M&A strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and manage Attio CRM for partnerships and M&A workflows, including migrating historical data from HubSpot and Notion, structuring both pipelines, and controlling access to confidential information.
- Establish Attio as the single source of truth by maintaining complete, current, and enriched records; building consistent team workflows; and automating routine processes.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement automation solutions that improve Corporate Development workflows—assessing business needs, prioritizing opportunities, and enabling better deal tracking, pipeline visibility, and meeting preparation.
- Define ideal customer profiles for referral partners and acquisition targets using public and purchased data sources; build and maintain prioritized target lists.
- Build and refresh monthly M&A market maps and target scoring models; recommend strategic focus areas based on data.
- Partner with Product to ensure every patient referral is traceable to its source partner.
- Deliver accurate, timely monthly reporting on pipeline health and performance across partnerships and M&A; provide each live partner with clear performance visibility.
- Evaluate and track quarterly targets for team members through monthly reporting.
- Document and continuously improve repeatable processes across the partnership and acquisition lifecycles (qualification, pipeline stages, launch handoff).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Legal, Growth, and Clinical Operations to implement systems and resolve blockers.
You'll work in a lean, mission-driven, fast-growing environment. The role demands precision, urgency, and a deep commitment to healthcare transformation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Commitment to accuracy and trustworthy data; attention to detail and investigative rigor when discrepancies arise.
- Strong analytical judgment; ability to break complex questions into measurable components, build defensible models, and acknowledge when data doesn't support conclusions.
- Systems mindset; ability to turn recurring needs into repeatable, scalable processes.
- Fluency with CRM and data tools; quick learning curve, comfort with automation, ability to simplify complex information.
- Bias toward action; ship working systems quickly, learn from usage, and iterate.
- Clear communication and cross-functional influence; build alignment without direct authority.
- End-to-end ownership; proactively identify pipeline problems and take responsibility for system quality, data integrity, and reporting.
- Care in information presentation; reports and dashboards are clear, well-designed, and actionable.
- Discretion with confidential information and respect for partner relationships and patient privacy.
- Must be based in the United States.
