inDrive is seeking a Senior Business Developer Specialist in Peru to lead high-priority growth initiatives for the Delivery business. This role owns strategic, revenue, and expansion-driving initiatives with significant autonomy across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own high-priority, revenue and expansion-driving initiatives responsible for key business growth projects
- Define priorities and lead projects end-to-end, from strategy through execution, analyzing results and driving measurable impact
- Lead expansion roadmap into new cities: opportunity sizing, go-to-market strategy, launch execution, and scaling
- Set the analytical framework: perform advanced analysis, apply SQL, create dashboards to structure ambiguous problems, and build decision models
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant business impact
- Develop and manage partnerships and initiatives that strengthen supply and demand dynamics
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply, etc.) and leadership
- Guide and support peers, raising the analytical and execution bar across the organization
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, operations, strategy, or business/data analysis with proven track record of leading initiatives from strategy to execution
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, management, or similar field
- Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy, owning end-to-end results with minimal supervision
- Advanced data analysis skills: SQL knowledge, dashboard creation, ability to structure ambiguous problems and build decision models
- Advanced proficiency with Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and SQL (required)
- Advanced project management skills, leading complex multi-stakeholder projects with significant business impact
- Experience launching or scaling operations in new markets or cities
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience in delivery, ride-hailing, logistics, startups, or mobility strongly preferred
