In this R&D Business Consulting role, you will partner with global life sciences leaders to design and deploy next-generation operating models powered by Veeva's advanced technology, AI, and data capabilities. Unlike traditional consulting, this role emphasizes moving beyond strategy decks to tangible, scalable execution embedded directly into the technology customers use daily.
Key responsibilities include leading project workstreams to ensure high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions, solving complex problems for life sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva's unique data and software insights, and maintaining long-term partnership commitment to ensure organizational changes and AI-driven operating models deliver measurable business value.
You will work on strategy grounded in execution, connecting strategic recommendations directly to implementation within Veeva's technology platform. The role requires deep engagement with senior stakeholders across safety, clinical operations, and regulatory functions.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in life sciences consulting (business or management consulting preferred), proven expertise in safety, clinical operations, or regulatory domains, strong analytical mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning, ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders, and bachelor's degree or higher. Nice-to-have qualifications include knowledge of Veeva products and experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions.
