As a Business Consultant in the R&D practice, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and data—advising global life sciences leaders on transforming their operating models.
You will partner with C-suite executives to design and deploy next-generation operating models powered by Veeva's advanced technology, AI, and proprietary data. Unlike traditional consulting, this role emphasizes execution over theory: you'll design strategies that are hard-wired into the software customers use daily, then own implementation and long-term value realization.
Key responsibilities include leading project workstreams to ensure high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions, solving complex operational problems for life sciences leaders (particularly in Safety, Clinical Operations, or Regulatory domains), and leveraging Veeva's unique data and software insights to drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with customers post-project to ensure organizational changes and AI-driven models deliver sustained value.
