Revolut is a global fintech company with 80+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The company is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to serve as a first-line crypto compliance partner, translating complex regulations into practical, product-ready solutions.
In this hands-on role, you will partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions, regulatory changes, and consumer protection requirements. Key responsibilities include overseeing yield, DeFi, and derivative products and their relevant frameworks; supporting new product approvals and launches for crypto features; reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials; owning post-launch product reviews to ensure regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible; translating evolving regulations into actionable requirements; conducting horizon-scanning and supporting business-as-usual compliance activities such as KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics; and enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity.
You will have direct impact on how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across markets, working in a fast-moving, digital environment where the compliance team stays ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context
- Experience in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing technology company, or strategy consultancy
- Experience with VARA regulations and understanding of UAE federal laws
- Excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
- Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in the crypto industry
- Knowledge of crypto-native products and technical nuances
- Understanding of MiFID and similar directives
