As a Brokerage Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and operationalizing risk products and controls. Your responsibilities include participating in requirements analysis and solution discussions for risk products, writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and prototypes, and preparing test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered features meet expectations. You will define data requirements for risk control systems and oversee integration with various business lines. The role involves monitoring risk rule events and system alerts, performing initial analysis and classification, routing issues to relevant teams, and tracking resolution. You will investigate data anomalies in collaboration with engineering teams to identify root causes and drive issues to closure. Post-launch, you will support operations by producing operating guides and FAQs for customer service teams, collecting and categorizing client feedback, and translating feedback into enhancement requirements for delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Risk Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
- 2–5 years of full-time experience in risk product operations, including hands-on experience writing PRDs
- Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to work at pace
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Skilled at using AI tools to support daily work and data handling
- Experience in risk, operations, or data roles at a crypto exchange or fintech company (preferred)
- Familiarity with options, margin mechanics, or structured products (preferred)
- Knowledge of SFO / SEC guidelines and related regulations (preferred)
