As Broker Development Manager, you'll lead a panel of key strategic brokers to accelerate Flock's distribution in the commercial fleet insurance market. You'll be the primary face of Flock to your broker partners, driving mutual growth and long-term success. Your responsibilities include managing high volumes of broker submissions, onboarding new partners, developing data-driven account growth strategies, and proactively engaging brokers to promote Flock's market-leading connected fleet proposition.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to deliver shared growth objectives. A core part of the role is using AI daily—from broker research and meeting preparation to pipeline analysis—so you spend your time on high-value relationship conversations rather than administrative tasks.
You bring a minimum of 5 years managing broker relationships in the insurance sector with an established reputation. You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, a strong existing network of broker contacts, and deep understanding of the commercial broker marketplace, competitor carriers, and broker business models. You're comfortable with consultative selling, can work at pace, spot opportunities, and solve problems with energy and innovation. Experience in Commercial Motor Fleet distribution and familiarity with new technology adoption are preferred.
Flock operates a hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Central London office (near Moorgate/Liverpool Street), though client and broker visits can substitute for office days.
