EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry. This role sits within an AI-native content production platform, where you will manage how brand standards are operationalized—not as static documents, but as active platform configuration that shapes every asset produced.
You are responsible for building and maintaining templates (email, banner, social, video) to brand and channel specifications, operating the platform's content generation tools, and serving as the quality gate before assets reach clients. This is a production operations and quality assurance role, not design execution or coding. Your core responsibility is knowing whether what the platform produces is correct—whether it adheres to brand standards, channel requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Structuring brand standards (positioning, tone, visual standards, channel rules) as platform intelligence
- Building and maintaining templates across email, banner, social, and video formats
- Running the platform's production tools to generate asset sets at scale
- Reviewing platform output against brand and channel specifications before client delivery
- Interpreting channel-specific rendering requirements, safe zones, format constraints, and placement rules
- Identifying and articulating brand drift—whether problems stem from brand configuration, templates, or content systems
- Maintaining quality standards and catching errors before review cycles
The role requires a practitioner mindset: you actively use AI and marketing technology tools in daily work, experiment with new tools, build workflows, and can demonstrate real outputs to stakeholders. You are not waiting for formal training or permission—you are actively exploring what is possible in AI and marketing technology.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements:
- 7–8 years in a production, brand management, or creative operations role at an agency or in a regulated industry environment
- Track record managing brand standards across channels; ability to identify and articulate brand violations
- Hands-on familiarity with channel production requirements (email rendering, banner specs, safe zones, format constraints) across digital formats
- Experience working in structured review and revision cycles with accountability for output quality before client delivery
- Pharma or regulated industry experience is a plus; MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) familiarity is helpful but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Brand standards fluency—translates guidelines into production requirements without ambiguity
- Production discipline and quality ownership
- Channel knowledge across email, display, social, and video formats
- Platform curiosity and ability to learn tools through use
- Clear communication skills, especially flagging output problems specifically
- Active engagement with AI tools and marketing technology; real opinions on what works and what pharma brands should prioritize
