EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry. This role sits within an AI-native content production platform and focuses on ensuring brand standards are actively embedded in platform configuration—not just as reference documents, but as operational intelligence that shapes every asset produced.
You will be responsible for how brand standards live inside the platform. This is a quality-gate and platform-operations role, not a design execution or coding role. You direct what the platform produces and catch when output drifts from brand or channel standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Structuring brand standards (positioning, tone, visual standards, channel rules) as active platform intelligence, maintained across every production cycle
- Building and maintaining templates for email, banner, social, and video formats to brand and channel specifications
- Operating the platform's content generation tools to produce asset sets against content systems, variant logic, and format requirements
- Reviewing platform output against brand standards and channel specs before client delivery
- Interpreting channel-specific rendering requirements, safe zones, format constraints, and placement rules
- Identifying brand drift and articulating whether problems stem from brand configuration, templates, or content systems
- Modeling inclusive behaviors and proactively managing bias
The role requires a practitioner mindset: you actively explore AI and marketing technology in your daily work, build workflows, test outputs, and solve problems you haven't been formally trained to solve. You experiment before waiting for permission, have real opinions about what works in pharma marketing, and can demonstrate actual outputs—not just slides—to skeptical brand teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 to 5 years in a production, brand management, or creative operations role at an agency or in a regulated industry environment
- Track record managing brand standards across channels; ability to identify brand violations and articulate why they matter
- Hands-on familiarity with channel production requirements (email rendering, banner specs, safe zones, format constraints) across digital formats
- Experience working in structured review and revision cycles with accountability for output quality before client delivery
- Pharma or regulated industry experience is a plus; MLR familiarity is helpful but not required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Brand standards fluency—translates guidelines into production requirements without ambiguity
- Production discipline—holds quality standards and catches errors before review
- Channel knowledge—understands what correct looks like across email, display, social, and video
- Platform curiosity—learns tools by using them; doesn't wait for formal training
- Clear communication—flags output problems specifically so the right person can resolve them quickly
