As Brand Partnerships Associate, you will drive new brand growth and support onboarding for the Nabis marketplace. Working alongside the Business Development team and General Manager, you will identify, engage, and help sign new brand partners, then serve as an early point of contact guiding them through activation, training, agreement execution, operational setup, and marketplace readiness.
Key responsibilities include: prospecting and qualifying potential brand partners; attending trade shows and industry events to build pipeline and strengthen community presence; supporting the sign-on process and presenting Nabis value proposition; coordinating agreement execution and documentation; serving as primary contact for new brands during onboarding; conducting training on Nabis systems, marketplace tools, and compliance requirements; monitoring onboarding progress and data accuracy; identifying process gaps and providing feedback to Revenue, Operations, Support, and Product teams; and collaborating cross-functionally to move brands through signing, onboarding, and renewal workflows.
This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role focused on creating a smooth, consistent experience for brand partners from first outreach through launch. You will report directly to the Brand Partnerships Manager and help maintain workflows while contributing to process improvements as the Nabis network grows.
